Service description
Dharma Leads is being developed as an evidence-first website intelligence and portfolio-review service. A report may include source-linked observations and hypotheses for human evaluation. The service does not certify legal identity, regulatory authorisation, financial condition, purchasing intent or likely commercial outcomes.
Human review and limitations
Customers must independently verify source material, context, industry fit and any regulated-service claims. Scores are work-ordering heuristics and are not forecasts or probabilities. Public websites can change or be inaccessible, and reports may be incomplete.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to bypass access restrictions, collect credentials, submit forms without permission, harass individuals, make deceptive claims, or automate outreach in ways that violate applicable requirements or source terms.
Fees, payment and cancellation
Pricing, billing frequency, payment methods, refunds, renewal, cancellation and report-delivery commitments have not been approved. These details must be finalised and shown before customers can purchase or commit.
Subscription cancellation and renewal (proposed terms; legal review required)
For an ordinary cancellation of a rolling subscription, the proposed commercial design is to stop future automatic renewal when the cancellation request is accepted and maintain access until the end of the already-paid period, unless applicable law or a valid statutory cancellation right requires an earlier end or different outcome. A clear online cancellation route should be provided wherever required. We intend to send a durable written confirmation stating the effective end date. No next-period payment should be taken after renewal has been cancelled. The cancellation and notice requirements must be configured for the customer’s location and customer type before subscriptions are sold.
Refunds and statutory rights (proposed terms; legal review required)
We do not propose blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” wording. Ordinary voluntary cancellation alone would not normally qualify for a discretionary pro-rata refund of unused time only where this is lawful and consistent with the contract. This does not restrict applicable cooling-off or digital-content rights, remedies for defective or undelivered services, refunds of overpayments, payment errors, mandatory consumer protections or other non-excludable rights. Refund requests will be assessed against the customer’s jurisdiction, consumer/business status, the actual service delivered, the terms accepted and supporting evidence. No automated process may reject a refund solely because a member viewed a record or downloaded a file.
Records, exports and permitted use
The plan capacity refers to active monitored opportunity records, not guaranteed buyers, independently verified purchase intent, sales or conversions. A downloadable list is a snapshot of the eligible records included in that export at the time shown. Its manifest may identify the account reference, export date, record count and identifiers, and checksum of the exact file generated. Export files may carry an account/export watermark and permitted-use notice. These measures do not prove that the recipient later opened, retained, copied or redistributed a file, and a copy already downloaded cannot reliably be recalled.
Customers must use exported material only within the agreed licence, applicable privacy, direct-marketing, intellectual-property and source-use rules. Customers may not resell or redistribute the dataset except to the extent expressly permitted in the final agreement. The production terms must define any permitted internal use, team access, retention, deletion, onward sharing and third-party restrictions. A watermark does not replace appropriate access controls or legal terms.
Transparent security and account activity logging
The intended service may record disclosed server-side events such as portfolio views, export requests and completion, subscription changes, cancellations and refund requests/reviews to deliver the service, evidence files issued by the service, administer accounts and investigate security or billing disputes. These event records will be described in the privacy notice, minimised, access-controlled and retained under an approved schedule. We do not intend to capture secret screenshots of customer devices, keystrokes, session recordings or device fingerprints. The static preview does not implement these production controls; they must be tested before launch.
India launch considerations (draft; not yet approved)
Before sales open in India, the operator must confirm its legal form and identity, registered/principal address, support and grievance contacts, service classification, tax treatment and the applicability of Indian consumer/e-commerce rules. The customer experience will display the complete plan price, billing period, applicable tax, renewal and cancellation conditions before payment, and will provide an accessible cancellation route and durable confirmation. Any recurring payment will use an India-capable payment provider whose mandate, authentication, pre-debit notification, revocation and failure handling have been reviewed for the selected payment method and current RBI requirements.
Refunds will not be rejected automatically because a customer has viewed or downloaded a record. The final India terms must preserve applicable statutory remedies and define how ordinary voluntary cancellations, service failures, billing errors, duplicate/unauthorised charges, overpayments and complaints are handled. Any routine no-prorata-refund rule will be used only if it is lawful and disclosed before purchase. Customer classification as a business does not by itself settle the applicability of every privacy or consumer rule.
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) framework and 2026 amendments stated to take effect from 1 January 2027 will be reviewed for applicability before launch and monitored before their effective date. The service remains a preview, has no live registration or checkout, and has not yet approved an India grievance officer, tax/invoice position, payment configuration or final legal terms.
Data, intellectual property and confidentiality
The production terms must describe customer-provided data, generated reports, public-source excerpts, retention/deletion, ownership and licence boundaries, confidentiality, permitted redistribution, third-party source restrictions and any applicable data-processing agreement.
Warranties, liability and governing law
These clauses depend on the legal entity, operating jurisdiction and actual offer. Do not infer or publish them from this draft. Review with an appropriate legal adviser before launch.
Support and effective date
A production support contact, response expectations, complaint route and effective date must be set before these terms can be published as final.
