Searches use only published, in-date catalogue records. Your selected filters are saved to this account and restored at the next sign-in. Filtering does not automatically save a record or consume monitored capacity. The account's tier and remaining slots are checked by the database when a record is added.
My monitored opportunities
This is the list counted against your active-record limit. Expired records no longer count as active; the historical entry remains for audit. Re-adding the same catalogue record is blocked until an explicit refresh workflow is provided.
